Death By Stereo Announce North American Headlining Tour
Orange County, CA hardcore punk veterans Death By Stereo have announced the dates for their upcoming headlining tour of Canada and the U.S. Death By Stereo are touring in support of their sixth full-length studio album, “Black Sheep of the American Dream”, which was released onViking Funeral Records and available online at http://bit.ly/JDASqJ.
"This North American tour has been a long time coming and we can't wait to get back out and see all of the DBS family out there on the road. We'll also get back to Canada on this tour for some poutine and great beer, and where the fans have always been great to us. We are excited to get out and play new songs and get thrashed with all our friends to the old jams," said vocalist Efrem Schulz. "The reaction to the new record has been fantastic and fans loved the bank heist we did in the 'Growing Numb' video. We even got a surprise appearance from our good friend and legendary pro skater Fabrizio Santos! Can't wait to get out on the road and play it live for everyone. DEATH FOR LIFE!"
On their new album “Black Sheep of the American Dream”, Death By Stereo have elevated their brand of conscious, politically charged hardcore punk-rock to the next level. Storming out of the gate harder, faster and louder than they ever have, the band has returned to their hardcore punk roots, and peppered their sound with crushing metal breakdowns and blazing guitar solos to create their most socially relevant and impassioned album to date. Attacking the system with a sonic barrage that only Death By Stereo can deliver, “Black Sheep of the American Dream” is a call to arms for the disenfranchised to stand up and fight back against a corrupt administration.
